John C. Draut
John has 30 years of management experience in various industries and service environments encompassing manufacturing, distribution, printing, banking, and hospitality.
John has held many executive positions ranging from Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer, Director of Finance, and Division Controller for "Fortune 500 firms" to privately -held business enterprises.
His areas of expertise entail financial analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, cost containment, strategy, general accounting, IT management, individual and corporate taxes, and employee benefits.
Over the past 22 years, John has been an adjunct professor of business at both Aurora and Benedictine Universities lecturing in both their graduate and undergraduate school programs. The lecture topics revolved around, Corporate Finance, Macro Economics, Financial Reporting, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, International Business, International Corporate Finance, and IT Management to name just a few.
In addition, he has been exposed to foreign operations and a "startup" environment while being a key executive that managed a subsidiary for a British Parent corporation.
During his business career he has won numerous corporate and lecturer awards
for
corporate contributions and academic excellence.
John has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from De Paul University with a concentration in accounting. |
